INSTRUCTIONS
This paper consists of sections A, Band C with a total of eleven (11)questions.
Answer all questions in section A and B, then choose and answer any two(2) questions from section C.
Section A carries Sixteen (16 marks), section B carries fifty four (54 marks) and section C carries thirty (30 marks).
Cellular phones and any unauthorized materials are not allowed in the examination room.

Answer all questions from this section
It has reached the extent where everyone believes that the problem of road accidents is like a disease that has no cure. Which ways can be employed to suppress this problem in our country? Provide six points.
Many stakeholders have documented numerous incidences of human rights abuses in Tanzania. As an expert on matters associated with human rights, suggest six ways that can be used to combat human rights abuse.
Some people are not faithful in paying tax to the government claiming that they cannot see the return after paying it. In which ways should the government spend its revenue so as to satisfy the claims of such people? Explain by giving six points.
