INSTRUCTIONS

1. This paper consists of sections A, Band C with a total of eleven (11)questions.

2. Answer all questions in section A and B, then choose and answer any two(2) questions from section C.

3. Section A carries Sixteen (16 marks), section B carries fifty four (54 marks) and section C carries thirty (30 marks).

4. Cellular phones and any unauthorized materials are not allowed in the examination room.

5. Write your Full name on every page of your answer booklet (s).

6. All answers must be written in Blue or Black ink.

SECTION A (16 Marks)

Answer all questions from this section

3. It has reached the extent where everyone believes that the problem of road accidents is like a disease that has no cure. Which ways can be employed to suppress this problem in our country? Provide six points.

3. Many stakeholders have documented numerous incidences of human rights abuses in Tanzania. As an expert on matters associated with human rights, suggest six ways that can be used to combat human rights abuse.

3. Some people are not faithful in paying tax to the government claiming that they cannot see the return after paying it. In which ways should the government spend its revenue so as to satisfy the claims of such people? Explain by giving six points.

3. Assume you have been given a chance to select special groups from a certain population. With reasons, give six groups of people who will be affected with the task given.

3. Assume you are a chairperson of TGNP and asked to provide a speech on gender issues which affect women. Construct five solutions to solve the named problems.

3. Although the government of Tanzania is struggling to improve the education sector, people are complaining about the services provided. Address five solutions to overcome the problem.

SECTION C {30 MARKS}

9. In any given community, teamwork is very important in accomplishment of any given task. Suggest six factors that should be considered in teamwork building

9. Many European countries and some Asian countries developed faster than the African countries, give six reasons behind this situation

9. Fulfilling family responsibilities is among the important keys for economic development in a given society. In the light of this statement above justify the consequences of not fulfilling the family responsibilities as a family member.
